About The Opportunity

This role is for a Principal Product Manager within MoonPay’s Consumer Product organization, reporting directly to the VP of Product. This is a senior individual contributor role with end-to-end ownership of MoonPay’s consumer app funding experiences, spanning onboarding, payments, balances, and repeat usage. You will define and drive the multi-year consumer funding strategy that positions MoonPay as the primary funding destination for Web3. This role is strategic and outcome driven, with direct accountability for P&L, growth, revenue, and adoption across consumer funding journeys. You will operate at the intersection of consumer experience, financial infrastructure, and Web3 primitives, shaping how millions of users onboard, fund, and repeatedly engage with MoonPay. Your work will influence company-wide ramp strategy across consumer, partner, and institutional surfaces.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end consumer funding experience across the MoonPay app, including onboarding flows, funding methods, balances, and repeat transaction journeys.
  • Define and execute a multi-year product strategy to make MoonPay the default funding destination for Web3 consumers globally.
  • Own consumer funding P&L, with direct accountability for revenue growth, adoption, and unit economics.
  • Set and drive against clear success metrics, including MAUs, average transaction size, ARPU, and transactions per user.
  • Translate company-level strategy into an executable consumer funding roadmap, balancing near-term impact with long-term platform bets.
  • Partner deeply with Engineering, Design, Growth, Marketing, and Data to deliver cohesive, high-quality consumer experiences.
  • Lead user discovery, experimentation, and analysis to continuously improve conversion, retention, and lifetime value.
  • Influence adjacent product areas and company-wide ramp initiatives through strong product leadership and narrative, without formal authority.

About You (Ideal Background And Experience)

  • 8+ years in product management, with significant experience building and scaling large consumer fintech or Web3 products.
  • Proven track record owning high-impact consumer products with direct accountability for revenue, growth, and adoption metrics.
  • Experience defining and executing multi-year product strategies in fast-moving, high-growth environments.
  • Deep understanding of consumer onboarding, funding flows, payments, and lifecycle engagement at scale.
  • Prior Web3 or crypto product experience strongly preferred, with openness to exceptional candidates from large-scale consumer fintech.
  • Strong commercial and analytical acumen, with hands-on experience using data, experimentation, and user research to drive decisions.
  • Ability to influence and align senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams without formal people management responsibility.
  • Comfortable operating with a broad scope, ambiguity, and end-to-end ownership as a senior individual contributor.
  • Highly curious and a team player.

  • Close collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver simple, trusted, and globally scalable funding experiences.
