The SPARK programme is a dynamic, paid traineeship designed to give candidates hands-on experience in the fast-paced biotech industry. Over 3 to 12 months, you’ll gain real exposure to MoonLake’s mission, work alongside experienced professionals, and grow in an international, purpose-driven environment.
We are currently seeking SPARK trainees in the following areas:
- Biometrics
- Commercial/Marketing
- Finance
- HR, People & Culture
- IT
- Investor Relations / External Communication
- Regulatory Affairs / Medical Writing
- Technical Operations / Supply Chain
Key Accountabilities:
- Contribute to real, high-impact projects across scientific, operational, or strategic teams
- Participate in onboarding and skills workshops tailored to your development
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in your hub and beyond
- Receive guidance from a dedicated mentor, including mid-program and final performance reviews
- Engage in the SPARKLAB macro project
- Actively participate in team life, including a potential visit to another hub
Your profile:
- Accepted at an institution for higher education, currently enrolled in or recently completed a higher education degree
- Curious, motivated, and eager to grow in a biotech setting
- B2 level of English or higher (written and spoken)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Able to work in person at one of our offices at least 3 days/week
Work Location: 3 days/week in our Zug (Switzerland), Cambridge (UK), or Porto (Portugal) office.
