Our Sales team drives customer growth globally and owns the customer journey end-to-end. We are looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive based in London to help expand Flagright’s footprint across targeting a variety of UK & Europe based fintech companies. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role focused on winning new customers and driving revenue growth. You will manage deals from discovery through close, develop strong industry expertise, and build relationships with financial crime leaders across the European fintech ecosystem. You will operate with autonomy in a fast-moving environment, build pipeline proactively, and represent Flagright at customer meetings and industry events across Europe.

  • Have been knocked down before and gotten back up
  • Are resourceful—they figure things out with whatever tools are available
  • Have strong opinions and can defend them
  • Learn fast because they're hungry
  • Want to work with no-BS people building something important

People who struggle here

  • Need extensive hand-holding
  • View high expectations as “unreasonable”
  • Actually prioritize work-life balance
  • Can’t handle ambiguity or rejection
  • Prefer consistent routine over fast-changing priorities

Key responsibilities

  • Own the full sales cycle end-to-end: qualify opportunities, demonstrate the product, engage multiple stakeholders, prepare pricing proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and lead contracts through to close.
  • Maintain a disciplined, well-qualified pipeline aligned to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
  • Represent Flagright at industry events and customer meetings across Europe, building relationships within the fintech compliance ecosystem.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineering and Customer Success during evaluations to ensure successful deal execution and smooth handover post-sale.

Your profile

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience, with responsibility for closing deals.
  • Proven ability to manage the full sales cycle end-to-end, from qualification through to contract signature.
  • Experience building trust, credibility and selling to both technical and business stakeholders.
  • High performer with a strong track record of building and managing pipeline and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
  • Experience selling into fintech, payments or banking and/or for a regtech is highly desirable.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced scale-up environment with high ownership and autonomy.
  • Disciplined and organised approach to pipeline management, CRM hygiene, forecasting, and deal execution.
  • Strong strategic thinking and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical, contractual, and commercial discussions.
  • Willingness to regularly travel across Europe frequently for customer meetings and industry events.

What we offer

  • Competitive compensation
  • Extensive European travel opportunities
  • High ownership and autonomy
  • Sell a market-leading product with clear, real-world differentiation
  • High-bar environment focused on execution, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Enjoy a low-bureaucracy environment, minimal meetings, and an asynchronous communications culture.
