Responsibilities:
- Provide corporate oversight of the transformation portfolio and bring thought leadership on design, insight and performance.
- Build collective ownership across directorates, unlock natural synergies and get things done.
- Put in place robust portfolio management, governance and benefits realisation; align programmes to the MTFS and Corporate Plan.
- Champion the data‑ and technology‑enabled changes that simplify journeys, reduce failure demand and create capacity for what matters.

- You will be an outstanding programme leader with the credibility to influence at the most senior levels.
- You have delivered complex change in large organisations, run multi‑million‑pound budgets and know how to turn strategy into disciplined delivery, at pace, with grip and with people with you.
