Community Neighbourhood Coordinator role within Newham Libraries. This is a permanent, full-time position based in Newham with 36 hours per week.
Salary and Schedule
- Salary: Β£45,750 β Β£49,056 per annum
- Contract: 1 x Permanent, full-time 36 hours per week
Responsibilities
- Operational management of Libraries and Community Centres within two Community Neighbourhoods in Newham, including staff and buildings management, health and safety, safeguarding and performance management.
- Report to the Neighbourhood Manager and line manage 2 Library Supervisors, up to 2 Deputy Library Supervisors and up to 4 Senior Library Assistants / Community Centre Assistants.
- Support the Neighbourhood Manager in monitoring and forecasting relevant neighbourhood cost centres and manage delegated budget responsibilities.
- Adapt to a dynamic, busy environment; prioritise workload and ensure effective service delivery.
