This role reports onsite in our London office.

The Role

Moonbug is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Production team in London, available to start immediately.

The candidate will be a committed and hardworking individual, who is adaptable and able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic work environment.

We’re looking for someone who has a proven interest in the Animation production process and is willing to learn and progress with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assistance on the production of a 2D animation series.
  • Support the Producer in communicating with the team in a clear and concise and timely way
  • Maintain Production tracking documents.
  • Organise and maintain digital asset archives in an accurate and organised manner.
  • Experience with digital content across a wide range of projects and brands.

We are looking for someone at an early stage in their career, ideally with previous experience in animation, who is looking to develop within this industry.

  • Support the Producer with a variety of tasks as needed on a day-to-day basis, including research, admin, file management, and assisting with pre-production and production processes.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Animation Production desirable.
  • Proficiency in Google products - Docs/Sheets/Slides. Photoshop/Premiere proficiency desirable.
  • Time management skills and ability to multitask/prioritise tasks.
  • Ability to complete tasks accurately working to strict deadlines.
  • Active engagement with the creative of the project.
  • Great communication skills.
  • Self motivated but also collaborative team player.
