The Role
- Establishing strong relationships with internal stakeholders (e.g. distribution team, channel planning team, Brand GMs, creative team, marcom, L M) and clients' marketing teams to develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies for Moonbug's linear channels' and VOD content's success across EMEA, APAC and Americas.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with key clients to monitor Moonbug's linear channels and VOD titles' performance through regular meetings to identify marketing and partnership opportunities to build and maintain strong relationships with these clients.
- Build annual and quarterly marketing plans for Moonbug's linear channels and VOD titles' to communicate with key clients and with distribution teams.
- Plan efficient marketing campaigns for key clients ensuring alignment with Moonbug Marcom and Brand GM's communication strategies.
- Work closely with Moonbug creative teams to build seasonal or campaign asset packs to share with key platform partners and distribution teams in a timely manner.
- Work closely with internal and client data teams for measuring success on a regular basis and support distribution teams sales pitches.
- Marketing support for industry conferences and events i.e. MIPCOM, Kidscreen, APOS.
- Respond and adapt quickly to changes in the industry or market priorities.
Requirements
- A university degree in business, media, marketing, communications, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in broadcast media marketing, preferably with a focus on kids linear channel and/or content.
- Deep understanding of data centric marketing strategy development, establishing and meeting KPIs and storytelling through data.
- Strong analytical and technical skills, with a creative mindset.
- Ability to create quarterly roadmaps and deliver upon them.
- Proven ability to manage and influence wide and disparate stakeholder groups, to build relationships and to collaborate with them in order to deliver customer value and business strategy.
- Interest in kids and broadcast media.
