The Role

As a Creative Assistant at Moonbug Entertainment, you will play a vital role in supporting the creative team in the development and execution of engaging and entertaining content for our audience. You will work closely with various departments, including animation, production, and marketing, to ensure smooth operations and successful project delivery. This is a dynamic and collaborative role that requires creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for children’s entertainment.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain organized project files, including scripts, storyboards, character descriptions, and production schedules.
  • Create detailed design briefs.
  • Collaborate with animators, illustrators, and writers to ensure cohesive storytelling and visual style throughout the production process.
  • Assist in the coordination of production logistics, such as scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and managing budgets.
  • Participate in creative meetings, providing input and feedback on storylines, character development, and visual elements.
  • Support the marketing team by providing creative assets, such as artwork, promotional materials, and video clips, for promotional campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in children’s entertainment to contribute innovative ideas and approaches.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as media production, animation, or creative arts.
  • Proven experience (e.g., internships, freelance work) in a creative role within the entertainment industry, preferably with a focus on children’s content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate creative ideas and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
