Production Coordinator (FTC)

The Role

Moonbug is looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Production team in London, available to start immediately. The candidate will be a committed and hardworking individual, who is adaptable and able to multitask and prioritise tasks in a dynamic work environment. We’re looking for someone who has a proven interest in the Animation production process and is willing to learn and progress with the team.

Location: London office.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance on the production of a 2D animation series.
• Support the Producer in communicating with the team in a clear, concise and timely way.
• Maintain Production tracking documents.
• Organise and maintain digital asset archives in an accurate and organised manner.
• Support the Producer with a variety of tasks as needed on a day-to-day basis, including research, admin, file management, and assisting with pre‑production and production processes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in Animation Production desirable.
• Proficiency in Google products – Docs/Sheets/Slides. Photoshop/Premiere proficiency desirable.
• Time management skills and ability to multitask/prioritise tasks.
• Ability to complete tasks accurately working to strict deadlines.
• Active engagement with the creative of the project.
• Great communication skills.
• Self‑motivated but also a collaborative team player.
