About the Role

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant, you'll help increase awareness of charity campaigns by engaging directly with members of the public across Watford. Working in busy community locations where people live, work, and shop, you'll create positive interactions that educate people about each charity's mission while encouraging long-term support.

This role combines in-person marketing, customer engagement, and sales, giving you the opportunity to develop practical commercial skills in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering face-to-face marketing campaigns within communities across Watford
• Representing nationally recognised charities professionally and enthusiastically
• Increasing brand awareness through engaging, informative conversations
• Educating members of the public about each charity's mission, values, and community impact
• Building genuine relationships and creating positive customer experiences
• Supporting new supporters through the registration process with professionalism and accuracy

• Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2000 per calendar month, made up of a minimum weekly pay plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
