Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing client in Southampton for an Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join their face-to-face marketing and customer engagement team. You'll work across local communities, speaking directly with members of the public, raising awareness of important causes and helping charities build long-term supporter relationships. What You'll Be Doing
- Support live, face-to-face marketing and fundraising campaigns across Southampton
- Represent nationally recognised charity campaigns professionally and positively
- Engage with members of the public in residential, high-street and community locations
- Introduce campaign messages and explain the work, impact and goals of each charity
- Build rapport with potential supporters through confident and engaging conversations
- Help increase brand awareness and encourage long-term supporter engagement
- Guide interested supporters through the registration process accurately and professionally
- Work alongside the wider team to achieve campaign, customer acquisition and fundraising goals
- Attend regular campaign briefings, training sessions and coaching
- Develop practical skills in marketing, communication, sales, customer engagement and brand representation

Earnings & Benefits
