We're representing a growing organisation in Southampton that is expanding its face-to-face brand and charity representation team. The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll work within the local community, speaking with members of the public and representing the charities and causes you’re partnered with. Your role is to raise awareness of their mission, values, and the impact they make every day, through engaging, honest, face-to-face conversations. You’ll introduce people to each charity's goals, share inspiring stories, explain how support and donations make a real difference, and guide anyone who wants to get involved through a simple, positive sign-up process.
Your Responsibilities
- Represent well-known charities and brands through face-to-face community campaigns.
- Engage members of the public in friendly, confident conversations.
- Share each charity's mission, values, and current campaigns clearly and honestly.
- Guide new supporters through the sign-up process, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish.
- Work towards individual and team targets.
- Attend ongoing training covering communication, sales techniques, and personal development.

What You’ll Receive

- Total earnings range between £1,935 and £2,000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
