Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based organisation looking for enthusiastic Trainee Sales Assistants to join their face-to-face charity fundraising and sales team. No previous sales, fundraising, or customer service experience needed - full training provided from day one.

What you'll do:

  • Engage members of the public face-to-face in your local community.
  • Represent well-known charities, sharing their mission and impact.
  • Build rapport, answer questions, and guide new supporters through sign-up.
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets.

What we're looking for:

  • Friendly, confident, and a strong communicator.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • Comfortable in a customer-facing, target-driven, sales role.
  • Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, events, leisure, healthcare, education, or graduates all welcome.
