This opportunity is designed for ambitious graduates who want to build practical experience in marketing, business development, sales, customer acquisition, and brand management.

Working across pop-up events, retail promotions, shopping centres, and branded activations, you'll learn how successful marketing campaigns are delivered face-to-face, how customer relationships are built, and how organisations grow through effective communication and brand representation.

As a Graduate Marketing & Sales Executive, you'll become part of a team responsible for planning, delivering, and representing live marketing campaigns on behalf of nationally recognised charities. Total earnings of up to £1,935 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period). Weekly pay, comprehensive graduate training programme, performance-based progression opportunities, and the opportunity to develop commercial skills within a growing organisation.
