About the Role
As an In-Store Sales Assistant (Pop-Up Events), you'll represent inspiring charity campaigns from professionally branded promotional stands and event spaces within busy retail environments. Your role is to engage customers, build genuine connections, explain the charities' missions, and help supporters sign up to make a lasting difference. You'll deliver an outstanding customer experience while working towards individual and team performance goals.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Representing nationally recognised charities at pop-up events and in-store promotional locations
- Speaking with customers through professional face-to-face conversations
- Raising awareness of charity campaigns, values, and community impact
- Building rapport and delivering an engaging customer experience
- Answering questions and explaining how ongoing support helps each charity
- Assisting new supporters through a clear and professional registration process

Earnings & Benefits
