Work Events. Meet People. Sell With Purpose.

Fancy a role that's never the same day twice, working across live events rather than sitting behind a desk? This is a great opportunity to get into sales through events, with full training given and no experience needed.

Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of an established client looking to grow its events-based sales team in London. They're looking for outgoing, reliable individuals to join as Event Sales Assistants, working across a variety of events, festivals, exhibitions, and retail activations to engage the public and drive sign-ups on behalf of their charity and brand partners.

About the Role

As an Event Sales Assistant, you'll be based at events across London - this could be anything from a busy shopping centre activation to a festival stand or exhibition stall. Your job is to make the most of every event, engaging attendees as they pass, explaining the campaign you're representing, and converting that interest into sales or sign-ups on the day.

Because every event is different, you'll need to be adaptable, thinking on your feet and adjusting your approach depending on the crowd, the venue, and the campaign. You'll work closely with your team to set up, run, and pack down each event professionally, always representing the brand or charity in the best possible light.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Working across a variety of live events, from shopping centres to festivals and exhibitions.
  • Engaging event attendees in confident, friendly conversation as they pass your stand or space.
  • Clearly explaining campaigns and offers, adapting your pitch to suit each event and audience.
  • Converting interest into sales or sign-ups through a smooth, on-the-spot process.
  • Helping set up and pack down event stands, ensuring everything runs smoothly on the day.
  • Hitting sales targets across each event you work.
  • Attending training on event sales technique, campaign knowledge, and event best practice.

What We're Looking For

  • Outgoing and comfortable engaging people in busy, lively environments.
  • Adaptable, able to adjust your approach from one event to the next.
  • Reliable, with the flexibility to work across different event locations and days.
  • Confident, clear, and persuasive when speaking with the public.
  • A team player who enjoys the buzz of live events.

We welcome applicants with backgrounds in events, promotions, retail, hospitality, festivals, or graduates looking for a varied, hands-on introduction to sales.

What You'll Receive

  • Full training and hands-on coaching across live events.
  • Total earnings ranging between £1,935 and £2,000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
  • Variety - no two days or events are the same.
  • Progression opportunities for strong performers.
  • Regular incentives and recognition for top results.
  • A fun, sociable team that works and travels together across London events.
