Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a well-established client looking to grow its sales team in London. They’re after friendly, hardworking individuals to join as Entry Level Sales Staff, with a full training programme provided from your very first day so no previous sales background is required.

About the Role

As an Entry Level Sales Staff member, you’ll be introduced to the fundamentals of sales through real, hands-on experience - speaking directly with members of the public, representing well-known charities and brands, and learning how to turn a conversation into a genuine result.

You won’t be thrown in without support. You’ll be paired with experienced team members from day one, given structured training, and coached along the way as you build your confidence and skill set step by step.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Learning the basics of face-to-face sales through hands-on, guided experience.
  • Speaking with members of the public and introducing them to the brands or charities you represent.
  • Practising how to answer questions, handle objections, and build rapport.
  • Supporting new customers or supporters through the sign-up process.
  • Working towards achievable, structured targets that grow as your confidence does.
  • Attending regular training sessions covering sales fundamentals and communication skills.
  • Being part of a friendly, close-knit team who’ll help you settle in.

What We’re Looking For

There’s no set experience needed for this one - just the right attitude. You’ll suit this role if you are:

  • Friendly and comfortable talking to new people.
  • Willing to learn and take on feedback.
  • Reliable and punctual.
  • Positive, even when things don’t go to plan.
  • Keen to build a long-term career in sales.

This role is well suited to school and college leavers, career changers, and anyone looking for a genuine first opportunity in sales, regardless of background.

What You’ll Receive

  • A full, structured training programme designed for beginners.
  • Hands-on mentoring from experienced team members.
  • Total earnings ranging between £1,935 and £2,000 per calendar month, made up of a base salary plus uncapped performance-based commission (subject to successful completion of a four-week probationary period).
  • Clear, achievable progression as you develop.
  • Team incentives and recognition along the way.
  • A supportive, patient environment that genuinely wants to see you succeed.
