Looking for a role that's fast-paced, people-focused, and makes a genuine difference? Moon Moments is recruiting on behalf of a growing London-based client for an Event Assistant to join their Fundraising & Charity Campaigns Team.
Working across pop-up events, shopping centres, retail promotions, and branded activations, you'll represent nationally recognised charities, engage with members of the public, raise awareness of important causes, and help inspire long-term support through positive face-to-face conversations. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer engagement, fundraising, events, and sales while working as part of a supportive and energetic team. No previous experience is required—full training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You'll Be Doing
- Representing charity campaigns at pop-up events, retail promotions, and branded activations
- Engaging with members of the public through friendly, professional conversations
- Raising awareness of charity missions and the impact they make
- Answering questions and helping supporters complete the registration process
- Assisting with event setup and maintaining an inviting promotional space
- Working with your team to achieve fundraising and awareness goals
What We're Looking For
