Moon Moments is recruiting Telecoms Sales Executives in Birmingham on behalf of a growing client that represents one of the UK's leading mobile and broadband brands. This is an entry-level route into a sales career, with structured training, a clear progression path and earnings linked to your performance. You'll work face-to-face with customers where they shop, work or live, across Birmingham and the surrounding areas. Key Responsibilities * Identifying customer needs across mobile, broadband, 5G and home entertainment * Presenting tailored solutions to households and local businesses * Handling objections and questions with confidence * Completing customer sign-ups accurately and professionally * Managing your own performance against individual and team targets * Taking part in daily coaching, product briefings and skills development sessions What We're Looking For * Ambition and a genuine interest in building a sales career * Strong communication skills, or the drive to develop them * Curiosity about technology and how people stay connected * Resilience, self-motivation and a results-focused mindset * Willingness to learn and take on feedback We welcome applicants starting out in their career, including recent graduates, as well as people from retail, hospitality and customer service looking for a step up. Training & Progression You'll learn sales techniques, product knowledge, objection handling and goal setting through practical, on-the-job coaching. Progression is based on performance, with opportunities to move into senior and team leadership roles.
