WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING · Lead the day-to-day operation and deliver excellent food and service.
- Prepare food and serve customers alongside the team.
- Train, schedule and supervise a small team.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene, cleanliness and operational procedures.
- Manage stock, ordering, portions, waste and daily sales reporting.
- Work with the Managing Director to improve systems and prepare for future delivery services.

Founded by two experienced hospitality operators with a successful track record developing multi-site restaurant businesses, Moon Falafels has ambitions to grow beyond its first location.
THE OPPORTUNITY Are you an experienced QSR Assistant Manager or Shift Manager ready to run your own shop?
Join us before opening to learn our menu, preparation methods and operating standards. Once open, you'll lead a small team and work alongside them preparing food, serving customers and keeping the shop running smoothly. This is a genuinely hands-on position, not a desk-based management role.

WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Experience as an Assistant Manager or Shift Manager in QSR or fast-casual food.
- Confident with hands-on food preparation, customer service and leading a small team.
- Organised, reliable, commercially aware and open to feedback.
- Genuinely enjoys running a great shop, regardless of its size.
- Fresh-food QSR experience is especially welcome.
WHAT WE OFFER · £34,000–£36,000 basic salary, depending on experience.

WORKING HOURS Approximately 45 hours per week, including some weekends. The shop initially trades seven days a week, 11am–7pm, with plans to extend evening hours as delivery services develop.
