Are you ready to lead one of Bristol’s most vibrant and impactful community charities into its next chapter? BS3 Community Development is seeking a dynamic, empathetic and visionary Chief Executive to build on over 30 years of grassroots impact. They have two thriving centres; the Southville Centre and the Chessel Centre, and deliver inclusive, intergenerational services that support wellbeing, connection and opportunity across the BS3 postcode.
As the current CEO prepares to retire in 2026, they’re looking for a strategic leader who can inspire trust, champion innovation, and guide their passionate teams through both continuity and change. You’ll work alongside dedicated trustees, staff and volunteers to shape their future from early years education and social prescribing to food justice, digital inclusion and community care.
