A new build intergenerational Project
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a leadership role in the delivery of one of the most exciting charitable housing projects taking place in the UK.
We are seeking a dynamic, compassionate, and highly organised Chief Executive to oversee the running of All Saints Almshouse in Central Bristol; a small portfolio of investment properties, and an ambitious five-year programme to rebuild and transform All Saints House into a new, £9m intergenerational housing community in the heart of the city.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of All Saints Almshouse in Brunswick Square, management of the Trusts investment properties, and the overall programme management of a landmark redevelopment project that will transform the charitys housing offer in Bristol.
This is a unique and exciting role requiring a blend of skills including the running of an Almshouse and Charity, property asset management, and programme leadership skills over the transition of the property including the temporary re-housing of the existing residents and setting up the new All Saints intergenerational scheme.
We are seeking a range of skillsets for this role which includes:
Track record in delivering program/project management, preferably in housing, construction or regeneration (commercial or non profit sectors).
Fundraising particularly regarding delivery of projects or programs
Experience in property management, ideally across both non- profit/ commercial and residential sectors.
Experience in social work or related discipline and a clear understanding of safeguarding
Financial skills to manage the project and day to day activities of the charity
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work compassionately with residents and assertively with stakeholders.
The successful applicant will be required to undergo a DBS Check.
