St Monica Trust is seeking an experienced and values-led Registered Manager to lead the regulated community care services across five distinctive retirement village sites: Cote Lane, Monica Wills House, Westbury Fields, Sandford Station and The Chocolate Quarter. Known for person-centred care and innovation in later living, the Trust is committed to delivering high-quality, inclusive services for older people living independently.
About the Role
This is a high-impact leadership position with responsibility for safe, high-quality care delivery across multiple sites. You will act as the CQC Registered Manager, providing visible leadership, driving regulatory compliance, strengthening culture, and embedding sustainable quality improvements. Working closely with local managers, support workers, families and external partners, you'll ensure services remain responsive, consistent and person-centred.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead multi-site care and support services as the CQC Registered Manager
- Strengthen quality, compliance, safeguarding and governance
- Coach, support and develop managers and dispersed teams
- Build strong relationships with local authorities, families and internal stakeholders
- Oversee day-to-day operational standards and consistent service delivery
- Support the implementation of a new digital care systems
- Travel weekly across all five sites and participate in the on-call rota
About You
We are looking for someone who brings:
- Proven leadership in domiciliary or community-based care
- Experience managing multi-site services and remote teams
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, safeguarding and quality governance
- Commercial awareness and confidence overseeing budgets
- A collaborative, values-led and visible leadership style
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- A proactive, improvement-focused approach and confident decision-making capability
This role forms part of the Senior Leadership Team and reports directly to the Director of Care.
