Working closely with the Director of Estates and Capital Development, you will lead and manage construction projects up to £50m from inception through to completion. The successful candidate will bring strong technical insight, excellent programme management capability, and a values-led approach consistent with St Monica Trust's commitment to creating thriving communities.
We are seeking:

- Strong understanding of design coordination, construction processes, and programme management.
- Experience administering JCT or NEC contracts, including procurement and performance oversight.
- Confidence managing consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of UK planning processes, building regulations, H&S and compliance requirements.
- Ability to manage budgets, risk, reporting and complex timelines.
- Professional qualification (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or equivalent senior experience preferred.
- A collaborative, thoughtful, relationship-driven working style aligned with our organisational values.
This is a pivotal role within a growing Estates & Development function, offering the opportunity to deliver projects with real social value and long-term impact. Our developments are driven by purpose rather than profit, ensuring we design and build communities where older people can thrive.
