We are the specialist organisation supporting children, young people and families across Bristol and surrounding areas who have experienced sexual abuse and we are proud to walk alongside them on their healing journeys.

As CEO, you will:
- Drive our bold strategy, End the Silence, shaping a future where every child is met with understanding, safety and belonging.
- Lead with compassion and clarity, nurturing a trauma-informed, anti-oppressive culture grounded in creativity, equity and hope.
- Champion survivor voice and co-production, ensuring lived experience informs service design and advocacy.
- Build strong partnerships locally and nationally, influencing systems and policy to create lasting change.
- Safeguard financial sustainability and governance while deepening our impact through innovative, whole-family and nature-based therapeutic approaches.
We are looking for a visionary leader with:
- Senior leadership experience in trauma-informed, mental health or social care settings.
- Strategic thinking and emotional intelligence to lead through growth and change.
- A commitment to equity, inclusion and amplifying survivor voices.
- Strong financial acumen and organisational management skills.

Interviews: Preliminary online interviews will be with Moon Charity Practice throughout the search process. Interviews with The Green House are expected to be held w/c 12 January 2026:
- First Stage formal interview with Chair and two Trustees
- Second-stage informal focus group with SLT
