We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused General Manager to lead our family-owned, independent, wet-led pub in the heart of Ripon. We pride ourselves on serving quality ales, continental lagers, and wines in a welcoming and vibrant environment.
You will work closely with the Company Director to drive performance, profitability, and future growth.
- Recruiting, training, and managing staff
- Delivering and promoting excellent customer service
- Maintaining cellar standards and quality of beer
- Promoting and marketing the business through digital channels, including social media
Minimum 2 years experience in a pub management role
Proven cellar management experience, particularly with cask ales (essential)
Experience using EPOS systems and reporting (training will be provided)
