Moog is seeking an experienced HR Advisor (Employee Relations) to join the Wolverhampton HR team on a 15-month fixed-term contract. This role focuses on managing employee relations casework, coaching managers, and building leadership capability across the site.
You will partner with managers, investigate issues, advise on policy and legislation, and deliver ER training while supporting absence management and recruitment when needed.
