Moog Aircraft Group is seeking an Associate Programme Manager to support delivery of aerospace programmes within our Product Development Engineering organisation in Tewkesbury for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role supports military and commercial aerospace projects developing electrohydraulic components for flight and engine control systems, offering strong development potential in a complex engineering environment.

You will support programme delivery across multiple workstreams, working with senior programme leaders and engineering teams to ensure alignment of plans, reporting, and execution activities. The role provides exposure to end-to-end programme management while developing core delivery capability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support delivery of programme activities across defined workstreams.
  • Assist in programme planning, scheduling, and budgeting.
  • Support customer and stakeholder communications.
  • Track progress, risks, dependencies, and issues.
  • Contribute to reporting (status, financials, risks).
  • Coordinate engineering and cross-functional activities.
  • Support risk identification and mitigation tracking.
  • Maintain programme documentation and governance records.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure alignment.
Essential Requirements
  • Experience in project or programme coordination/delivery support.
  • Strong organisation and communication skills.
