b Overview /b p In this role you will provide centralized governance and support for Moogs programs to enable strategic objectives. You will coordinate across multiple projects, ensure benefits realization, and report to leadership with consolidated metrics. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders, internal teams, and external partners to align programs with the company’s mission and deliver measurable business value. You will lead planning, execution, and post-implementation support, driving continuous improvement and scale. This is a remote, impact-focused opportunity within the PMO. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and maintain program roadmap, plans, and schedules to realize benefits and align with objectives /li li Serve as central governance point for methodology, budgets, timelines, and quality; mitigate cross-project risks /li li Coordinate with executive sponsors and stakeholders; manage change activities and adoption tracking /li li Forecast, track, and report program financials; allocate resources for delivery /li li Mentor and coach project managers, analysts, consultants, and technical experts /li li Consolidate program status, KPIs, and financials for leadership; drive process improvements /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li 5-7+ years in project or program management with experience leading complex, multi-project transformations /li li 3+ years in a people-leader or coaching role /li li Strong knowledge of PM frameworks (PMI, Agile, SAFe) and proficiency with program management and financial tracking tools /li li Experience managing vendors and program budgets/forecasting /li li Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills; strong systems thinking /li li Fluent English /li /ul ul li stakeholder management /li li leadership and coaching /li li analytical thinking /li li PMI, Agile, SAFe frameworks /li li program management and financial tracking tools /li li vendor management and budgeting/forecasting /li /ul
