Moog Aircraft Group is recruiting for a Materials Planner to join the Global Sustainment team based at the Wolverhampton site. This role is essential to ensure customer requirements are met through coordination and management of programs and controlling work into the repair facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple programs, releasing and controlling work into the repair facility.
- Collaborate with internal assembly and manufacturing functions to ensure product release aligns with customer demands.
- Resolve issues reactively and innovatively to prevent impact on delivery.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, gaining buy‑in and overcoming resistance.
Qualifications and Experience
- A high standard of secondary education.
- Experience and execution of lean manufacturing methodologies.
- Proven track record of production planning and scheduling.
- Experience with a modern ERP system.
- Ability to prioritise workloads and multitask.
- Excellent MS Office skills.
- Experience producing and analysing KPIs with regular written and verbal communication.
- Willingness to learn from others.
- Ability to work on own initiative.
Security Clearance
Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role.
