To carry out masking and wet paint spraying of aerospace components and actuators within the Moog business across three shifts, working to engineering drawings and Paint Process specification to ensure 100% quality compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Configure and set up paint equipment.
  • Manual masking and de‑masking of complex aerospace components and actuators.
  • Manual paint spraying of component parts, applying primer, basecoat and lacquer.
  • Carry out quality checks.
  • Clean and maintain equipment.
  • Maintain batch control for traceability and audit purposes.
  • Use viscosity cups for paint viscosity measurements.
Qualifications
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain quality under pressure.
  • Adherence to safety procedures.
  • Proficiency with specialist equipment.
  • Follow written and verbal instructions.
