Are you an experienced Manufacturing Engineer with a passion for developing high-performing supply chains and driving manufacturing excellence? We are seeking a skilled professional to strengthen the capability of our external suppliers, ensuring robust and reliable manufacturing processes that consistently meet customer demand. You will work across the full product lifecycle
from influencing design and supporting supplier selection, through to process optimisation and continuous improvement. You will play a key role in shaping supplier performance while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams across Engineering, Quality, and Procurement. Acting as a technical expert within supplier environments, you will provide guidance, drive improvements, and enhance overall manufacturing capability and delivery performance. You will also champion design for manufacturability, support supplier onboarding, and lead structured problem-solving initiatives to deliver operational excellence across the supply chain. About You
