Moog Aircraft Group is seeking a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join our logistics team at our Wolverhampton facility. Reporting to the Logistics Team Leader, the Logistics Coordinator will oversee all aspects of shipping. Recent experience or qualifications in warehousing or a similar field will be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities- The role involves raising shipping paperwork and commercial invoices, preparing products for international shipments, processing shipments through customer portals, and engaging with and coordinating transport agents.
- You will ensure all activities comply with current health, safety, and environmental legislation.
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workplace following 5S principles is essential.
- You will interact with material controllers and production staff to address daily priorities and issues, and accurately record all stock movements.
- You will collaborate with the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities.
- Being an enthusiastic, flexible team player with a bias for action and strong work discipline is crucial.
- Maintaining effective communication with other departmental staff is also important.
