We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Staff Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer, supporting the development and sustainment of Flight Control hardware for commercial aircraft. As a Senior Staff Electrical Design Engineer, you will:
- Lead the technical development of Flight Control hardware for primary and secondary control systems.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing.
- Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
We’re looking for someone with:
- Proven experience in electrical design engineering within aerospace or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of electronic architecture, certification standards, and safety-critical systems.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical mentoring and project oversight.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
