Reporting To: Logistics Team Leader

Work Schedule: Onsite – Wolverhampton, GBR

Moog Aircraft Group are currently seeking two Logistics Coordinators to join us on 12 Month Fixed Term Contracts. As the Logistics Coordinator, you will be reporting to the logistics Outbound Team leader. The role's responsibility covers all aspects of the shipping and expedition of finished goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Raising shipping paperwork
• Packing product for international shipments
• Processing shipment through customer portals
• Engaging with and coordinating transport agents
• Ensuring that all activities are fully compliant with current health, safety and environmental legislation
• Maintain a clean and tidy workplace following 5S principles
• Interacting with material controllers and production staff on daily priorities and issues
• Ensure all stock movements are accurately recorded (Stocking)

Key Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a Logistics/Shipping department in a complex engineering environment such as Aerospace would be advantageous
• Previous use and knowledge of SAP or ERP Systems would be advantageous
• Good communication skills
• Problem solving skills
• Team working skills
• Work as part of the team to share ideas and support continuous improvement activities
• Ensure an effective interface with other departmental staff is maintained
• Enthusiastic flexible team player with a bias for action and strong work discipline

Security Clearance

Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) clearance is required and must be maintained for this role. Please note that in the event that clearance cannot be obtained, you may not be eligible for the role, and/or any offer of employment may be withdrawn on grounds of national security.
