Our people enjoy solving interesting technical challenges in a culture where everyone trusts each other to do the right thing. For you, working with us can mean deeper job satisfaction, better rewards, and a great quality of life inside and outside of work.
We are seeking a highly motivated, numerically strong individual to join our team in a unique dual-focus role across program controls and financial accounting. This role is suited to graduates, early-career professionals and recently qualified or part-qualified accountants who are interested in working closer to the business—supporting project delivery while developing a solid grounding in finance. You will support live programmes and financial processes, gaining experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, performance reporting and financial management of long-term projects, including how project performance translates into financial outcomes such as revenue recognition. Over time, you will take on increasing responsibility for analysis, reporting and stakeholder engagement across both programme performance and financial reporting.
As we celebrate 75 years of innovation and excellence, we’re proud to continue building the future of aerospace — and we’re looking for exceptional talent to join us on the journey. As a generational company, we invest in people for the future - we build careers that last decades, with a vision to welcome not only you, but future generations of your family.

- Contribute to month-end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across programmes
- Prepare, analyse and present financial and management reporting outputs
- Develop understanding of how project performance translates into financial outcomes, including revenue recognition and long-term accounting, with support and training
- Support adherence to financial controls, policies, and audit requirements
- Contribute to continuous improvement of reporting and processes
We are looking for someone with the ability to apply their numerical strength in practical situations, with analytical thinking, and an interest in how projects and financial performance drive business outcomes.
