We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to join our high-performing team on either an afternoon or night shift. In this role, you will work under the guidance of the function lead and play a key part in ensuring the accurate counting, safe handling, and secure storage of a wide range of products, including both manufactured and purchased items.
Key responsibilities include:- Ensuring correct counting and traceability of parts and materials
- Storing items safely in appropriate locations (shelves, racks, automated systems, or controlled environments)
- Utilizing our ERP and other electronic tools for inventory management and reporting
- Fulfilling parts requests and delivering or collecting materials from Manufacturing, Sub Assembly, Assembly & Test, Subcontractors, or Customers
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards in all work areas
- Strictly following all health and safety guidelines, especially regarding manual handling of heavy items
This role involves manual lifting and moving of heavy items; correct use of manual handling equipment is essential. Afternoon and night shifts are available, with hours outlined below.
- Afternoon Shift: Mon–Thu: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (30-min break, 15 mins paid), Fri: 12:45 PM – 7:15 PM (20-min paid break)
- Night Shift: Mon–Wed: 8:30 PM – 6:30 AM Thu: 8:00 PM – 5:30 AM (Includes one paid 30-min break and two unpaid 15-min breaks)
- Clean, full driving license (company van duties included—electric or fossil fuel)
- Counterbalance/high reach forklift truck license preferred (training provided if needed)
- Experience with scissor lifts or similar MEWP platforms is an advantage (training provided)
- Willingness to use cleaning equipment and machines (full training provided)
