Job Title: Technical Operations Project Manager
Reporting To: Senior Technical Project Manager
Work Schedule: Hybrid – Tewkesbury, GBR
What You’ll Do
- Lead cross-functional technical projects across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain, managing full lifecycle from initiation to deployment.
- Deconstruct complex technical problems into structured, costed solution sets with defined resource plans, risk profiles, and implementation timelines.
- Conduct technical reviews to validate and justify change proposals, leveraging engineering knowledge with minimal external support.
- Develop and present project charters and business cases to stakeholders.
- Champion project management excellence, contributing to process improvement, governance, and capability development across the site.
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary technical projects in aerospace or advanced manufacturing environments.
- Strong command of project planning tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with NRE budgeting and schedule adherence.
- Ability to lead and influence highly skilled technical teams, driving accountability and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels—from detailed engineering discussions to executive summaries.
- Degree-qualified in Mechanical or Aeronautical Engineering (or equivalent), with 5+ years’ experience in aerospace preferred.
