Moog Inc. is seeking a Sr. Operational Technology Support Specialist to join the Corporate Group. The role is based onsite in Tewkesbury, GBR, with some travel to support all UK sites (approx. 25%).

Moog is a performance-driven culture where innovation thrives and people are empowered to achieve great things. We are looking for a Senior OT Support Specialist to join our team and play a key role in supporting and advancing our operational technology infrastructure.

What You’ll Do

• Be the technical backbone of our operational systems, ensuring seamless integration and performance across Engineering, Manufacturing, Testing, Quality, Clean Rooms, and Inspection areas.
• Coordinate installation and integration of OT systems onto Moog’s test and production networks.
• Provide schedule-critical support for OT assets and infrastructure.
• Maintain inventory and lifecycle plans for specialized technology.
• Develop business continuity strategies for OT systems.
• Support site operations in selecting new equipment aligned with Moog’s standards.
• Act as site liaison for network/system upgrades.
• Collaborate with Corporate IT to resolve technical issues.
• Drive upgrades and improvements to keep systems state-of-the-art.
• Identify and implement systemic improvements across operations.

What You’ll Bring

• A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in IT or OT support (or equivalent professional experience).
• Advanced knowledge of software, operating systems, hardware, and networking.
• Familiarity with SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and other industrial control systems.
• Microsoft certifications (MCP, MCSA, MCSE) or comparable experience.
• A passion for emerging technologies and continuous learning.
