We are seeking a dynamic Quality Delivery Manager to lead our Quality Engineering team (Execution and NPI) at our Tewkesbury site. This is a key leadership role, responsible for ensuring continued compliance and driving quality improvements across production activities. You will act as the primary point of contact for daily quality delivery and New Product Introduction, supporting and influencing site leadership and supporting ACC divisional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the Quality Engineering team, ensuring compliance with quality systems and processes is established and maintained.
- Drive continuous improvement in core quality processes and enhance customer experience and business performance.
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring robust quality standards.
- Develop organizational talent and promote a zero-defect mindset across functions.
- Serve as the quality interface for site customers and report on Key Performance Indicators.
- Manage defect prevention, problem-solving tools, and nonconformance processes.
- Chair Corrective Action Board (CAB) sessions and support audits and business development activities.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Business or equivalent.
- Proven track record in driving quality improvements and leading change in an AS9100 compliant organisation.
- Strong analytical skills, business acumen, and ability to influence across functions.
- Working knowledge of AS9100 and regulatory requirements (Part 145 and Part 21).
- Experience in budgeting and cost control management.
- Excellent communication, relationship and team-building skills.
- Recognised CQI membership level, or similar, outlining previous achievements.
- Experience working in a multicultural, geographically dispersed environment.
