We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Senior Staff Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer, supporting the development and sustainment of Flight Control hardware for commercial aircraft. Responsibilities

  • Lead the technical development of Flight Control hardware for primary and secondary control systems.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing.
  • Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in electrical design engineering within aerospace or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic architecture, certification standards, and safety-critical systems.
  • Demonstrated leadership in technical mentoring and project oversight.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
