The role is to support the full recruitment lifecycle at our Wolverhampton site. This key position partners closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Management – Build strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders, provide expert advice on recruitment strategies, market insights, and hiring best practices, manage expectations and ensure a smooth, timely recruitment process.
  • End-To-End Recruitment Delivery – Manage vacancies through the full lifecycle using Workday, ensure accurate requisition management, compliance, and data integrity, deliver a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Direct Sourcing – Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing techniques (LinkedIn, talent pools, networking), develop pipelines for hard-to-fill and niche roles, reduce reliance on external agencies.
  • Early Careers Recruitment – Support apprentice and intern hiring campaigns, partner with universities, colleges, and early careers providers, contribute to attraction strategies and employer branding initiatives.
  • Assessment Centres – Support the coordination and delivery of assessment centres, assist with candidate evaluation processes and feedback, ensure a professional and engaging experience for all participants.
  • HR Collaboration – Work closely with the wider HR team to support broader people initiatives, contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and policies, ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and company standards.

About You

  • Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Hands-on experience using an ATS, ideally Workday.
  • Demonstrated success in direct sourcing and talent pipeline development.
  • Experience supporting early careers recruitment and/or assessment centres.
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across HR functions.
  • Passion for delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
