- Contribute to month‑end close, including journals, accruals and reconciliations
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities across programmes
- Prepare, analyse and present financial and management reporting outputs
- Develop understanding of how project performance translates into financial outcomes, including revenue recognition and long‑term accounting, with support and training

- Basic to intermediate Excel skills (or ability to develop quickly)
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation
- Motivation to build a career in finance, business or project environments
- Good communication skills and confidence working with both finance and operational teams
Desirable
- Degree, A-levels or equivalent qualification in a numerate or business-related subject
- Recently qualified, studying towards or interested in a qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, AAT)
- Familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, or financial reporting principles
- Awareness of or interest in revenue recognition or long-term contract accounting
- Exposure to project environments, finance systems or data analysis
- Any experience in a workplace, internship or apprenticeship
What We Offer
- Flexible benefits package and development opportunities to support career progression
- 33 days annual leave (including bank holidays)
