Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a Materials Planner to join our state‑of‑the‑art facility in Tewkesbury. In this critical role, you’ll ensure customer commitments are met by planning, coordinating, and controlling the flow of materials and work into our assembly operations within a low‑volume, high‑value environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and release work orders into assembly in line with customer demand.
- Manage material availability to support production and on‑time delivery.
- Convert demand signals into actionable plans within ERP/MRP systems.
- Coordinate across manufacturing, supply chain, and logistics to resolve shortages and constraints.
- Monitor programme performance and proactively mitigate risks to delivery.
- Maintain accurate planning data and system integrity.
- Analyse and report on KPIs to support continuous improvement.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, influencing where necessary to meet business priorities.
- Continuously improve planning processes in line with lean principles.
