Moog Aircraft Group is looking for a Recruitment Coordinator to join our UK HR Shared Services team and support our UK Talent Acquisition function. Initially this will be for 3 months with the potential to extend further. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a seamless recruitment experience across multiple sites.
What you’ll do:
- Partner with the UK Recruitment Team to provide end-to-end support for hiring across Wolverhampton, Luton, and Tewkesbury.
- Review CVs and schedule interviews (telephone and onsite).
- Prepare contracts and offers for successful candidates.
- Act as the first point of contact for candidates, showcasing Moog’s culture and values.
- Coordinate interview logistics and maintain clear communication with hiring managers and interview teams.
- Build strong relationships with managers and HR colleagues.
- Manage priorities effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

- Proactive, independent decision-making to keep processes moving.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a structured, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Experience with Workday ATS (or similar systems).
