Skills & Competencies

  • 2 - 6 years of experience in talent sourcing, preferably in an agency or Fortune 500 company
  • Proven ability to source for both technical (engineering, IT, data science) and non-technical (finance, operations, HR) roles
  • Strong proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing tools and databases
  • Experience sourcing talent in the UK and Lithuanian market is highly preferred
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple sourcing projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and nurture relationships with passive candidates
  • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sourcing KPIs and SLAs
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with recruiters and hiring managers

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with AI-powered sourcing tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
  • Knowledge of diversity sourcing strategies and inclusive hiring practices
  • Familiarity with market mapping and competitive intelligence techniques

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify, engage, and build pipelines of passive candidates for various roles, including technical and non-technical positions
  • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, job boards, AI-powered sourcing tools, and other platforms to source top talent
  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements, market trends, and sourcing strategies
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies
  • Maintain and update candidate pipelines in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and timely tracking of sourcing activities
  • Conduct initial outreach and screening of candidates, assessing qualifications, interest, and availability
  • Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs), such as response rates, candidate engagement metrics, and pipeline conversion
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices, sourcing technologies, and market trends to continuously refine sourcing techniques
