Role
The Senior Strategy & Business Analyst will play a key role supporting operational and project work within Ratings & Research (R&R). This role is a unique opportunity to support the R&R Chief of Staff (CoS) on the execution and communication of R&R strategic priorities across business lines and geographies. The position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, creative mindset and stakeholder management abilities.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting directly into the CoS, the Senior Strategy & Business Analyst will be responsible for reporting on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) and producing a monthly Ratings & Research Resource Adequacy Report with guidance from the CoS. In addition, the successful candidate will:
- Manage meeting schedules and ensure that all meeting-related documents are readily available and properly stored.
- Prepare materials for internal engagements including, but not limited to R&R town halls, senior management off-sites, and other ad hoc initiatives as needed.
- Contribute to the development and the update of materials for board meetings and operating reviews.
- Work on various projects and activities as assigned.

Qualifications
- 3+ years’ experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills including PowerPoint presentations and use of Moody’s Brand Portal.
- Detail-oriented and committed to a high degree of accuracy.
- Demonstrated ability to work with confidential material.
- Unquestionable personal code of ethics, integrity, inclusion, trust and discretion.
- Proactive, diligent and highly disciplined.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Be open and welcoming to change.
- Excellent computer proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
