  • Proven experience in a senior operational, business operations, or enterprise systems role, with end‑to‑end accountability for operational delivery and outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of product operations, including sales order fulfilment, client entitlement management, delivery assurance, and revenue recognition processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and improve BAU operations at scale, balancing day‑to‑day execution with operational risk management and continuous improvement.
  • Experience driving automation, workflow optimisation, or AI‑enabled improvements within operational environments to reduce manual effort and improve data quality.
  • Strong analytical capability, with experience using operational and financial data to identify risks, inefficiencies, trends, and improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage Sales, Finance, Product, Technology, Risk, and senior leadership.
  • Undergraduate or first‑level degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems, or a related discipline is preferred. Equivalent senior‑level operational experience with demonstrable delivery and improvement outcomes will also be considered.

Drives Insurance Operations delivery and improvement, ensuring accurate fulfilment, strong controls, and scalable, automation‑enabled ways of working. Execute Insurance product fulfilment and delivery, ensuring clients receive deliverables, entitlements and access to Moody’s solutions accurately, on time, and in line with contractual and policy obligations. Oversee critical BAU processes spanning client entitlement management, delivery records, renewals, subscriptions, trials and ongoing access commitments. Ensure high‑quality operational data throughout the operations delivery lifecycle, reinforcing strong data governance, auditability and revenue recognition controls. Oversee the use of CRM and connected enterprise systems such as Salesforce and FinancialForce to monitor deliveries, track obligations, and maintain accurate records that support financial and regulatory requirements.

Partner closely with Sales, Finance, Product Management, Client Service, Technology and Risk teams to resolve escalated operational issues and manage cross‑functional dependencies. Provide oversight and internal support for customer queries, access issues and change requests, ensuring timely resolution and a consistently high service experience. Use operational and financial reporting to identify risks, bottlenecks, trends and opportunities for improvement across all Insurance product lines. Drive continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues and leading initiatives to simplify, standardise, automate, or eliminate manual operational processes. Champion responsible use of automation and AI‑enabled tooling, including agentic or workflow‑based approaches to improve accuracy, reduce cycle time, and scale operations sustainably.

Act as a role model for process adherence, operational discipline and service excellence, influencing peers and stakeholders to maintain high standards. Coach and help develop operational staff, supporting performance management, objective setting and capability growth within the team. Support internal audits, due diligence activities and governance forums, ensuring responses are accurate, timely and evidence‑based. Contribute to the evolution of the Insurance Operations operating model, balancing operational resilience, control effectiveness and innovation.

The Insurance Operations team supports the Insurance Line of Business by ensuring products are delivered accurately, clients receive access on time, and operational data is reliable across the sales and delivery lifecycle. The team plays a critical role in:

  • Enabling scalable, high‑quality fulfilment for a growing and increasingly complex Insurance product portfolio.
  • Protecting the business through strong operational controls, data integrity, and risk management.
  • Driving smarter ways of working through process optimisation, automation, and responsible adoption of AI‑enabled approaches.
