Skills and Competencies
- 2-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within financial services, with experience supporting content and campaign initiatives for senior decision-makers
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to adapt content for senior executives and technical financial services audiences
- Ability to translate complex topics, including credit, risk, and compliance, into clear and engaging narratives
- Highly organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, coordinate stakeholders, and deliver against deadlines
- Strong collaboration skills and confidence working with senior internal stakeholders across brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and subject matter experts
- Experience managing campaign timelines and deliverables, analysing campaign performance data, and using insights to inform content and channel decisions
- Demonstrated proficiency in artificial intelligence concepts, with hands-on experience using AI tools to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Proven ability to implement AI-powered solutions to solve business challenges. Demonstrates a growing awareness of AI risk management and a commitment to responsible and ethical AI use.

- Support content and campaign initiatives for senior banking audiences across multiple channels
- Draft and edit content, including white papers, briefs, web copy, emails, and social media posts for banking audiences
- Support campaign execution across channels by coordinating timelines, creative assets, and stakeholder input
- Partner with brand, product marketing, corporate communications, and subject matter experts to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives
- Track campaign performance and prepare reporting for internal stakeholders
- Use campaign performance data to inform content and channel decisions
- Maintain content calendars and support day-to-day content production workflows

Moody’s Banking Marketing team develops thought-leadership and go-to-market initiatives for banking audiences, working closely with solutions, demand generation, analytics, and other marketing partners to create impactful campaigns tailored to client needs. By joining the team, you will help shape content and campaigns for a dynamic, global banking marketplace while using artificial intelligence responsibly to improve marketing workflows and effectiveness.
