Skills and Competencies

  • 10+ years of experience in banking or serving banks through a financial technology, business-to-business software, data, or analytics provider, including work with large international banking groups
  • Deep knowledge of commercial lending, credit risk, prospecting, client onboarding, entity and credit data, master data management, and end-to-end lending workflows
  • Proven ability to lead complex go-to-market initiatives across sales, product, data science, and customer-facing teams and convert technical capabilities into clear commercial value
  • Hands-on familiarity with application programming interfaces, cloud data platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake, and generative or agentic artificial intelligence architectures
  • Experience building partner ecosystems and co-sell motions with consultancies, systems integrators, and technology or cloud partners
  • Excellent executive communication and stakeholder-management skills, with the confidence to lead client workshops, external speaking engagements, and thought leadership; regular regional travel is required
  • Demonstrated expertise in applying artificial intelligence to strategic transformation and workflow efficiency, with a commitment to responsible use, risk management, and ethical governance
  • Experience with entity resolution, data quality programmes, lending platforms, Moody’s banking solutions, Salesforce, Power BI, or a relevant cloud certification preferred

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Lead lending and data go-to-market execution across Europe and Africa, turning connected intelligence into client value and growth.
  • Lead regional go-to-market enablement for early warning, prospecting, and master data management, using Moody’s data estate as a common foundation
  • Maintain and scale lending go-to-market coverage across origination, onboarding, spreading, underwriting, credit decisioning, approval workflows, credit memo automation, renewals, and portfolio monitoring
  • Translate data, analytics, lending workflows, and agentic artificial intelligence capabilities into connected intelligence stories, buyer-specific messaging, return-on-investment narratives, and client-facing value propositions
  • Co-lead strategic opportunities from qualification through close, including proofs of concept, requests for proposal, pursuit strategy, demonstrations, client workshops, roadshows, and late-stage conversion activity
  • Apply the Connected Banking Wheel operating model to regional execution and create repeatable playbooks, campaigns, battle cards, use-case guides, pitch decks, competitor positioning, and demo storylines
  • Enable front-line sales, specialist sales, and partner teams to articulate differentiated value across data and lending capabilities and engage senior credit, risk, commercial banking, and transformation stakeholders
  • Build co-sell motions and joint value propositions with consultancies, systems integrators, and technology or cloud partners, including marketplace-based distribution opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the customer for priority data and lending initiatives, structuring market feedback for product teams and supporting client validation and adoption of emerging artificial intelligence capabilities
  • Represent Moody’s externally through senior client meetings, industry events, speaking engagements, and thought leadership while strengthening qualified pipeline, adoption, and commercial impact

The team shapes regional go-to-market priorities, enables customer-facing teams, and brings structured client feedback into product development. By joining the team, you will help scale connected banking propositions across early warning, prospecting, master data management, lending transformation, and responsible agentic artificial intelligence.
